    Hello there!

    I’m new to the world of Skimo racing and wanted to get some tips on how to train and diet properly for the sport. I’ve really just been hiking, trail running, and working out with my own body weight but feel as if I could be doing more to prepare. As for diet… I am clueless and would appreciate any tips and or links to blogs or places that might help.
